Simple Refund Process

1. Eligibility
We have a 24–48 hour refund policy (after payment) only if the issue is caused by Lyre Cloud and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame. Refunds are not applicable for issues caused by user error, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our control.
2. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 4–10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for user-caused issues, misuse, violations of our Terms of Service, domain registrations, software licenses, setup fees, or promotional credits.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in immediate account suspension and the recovery of dispute-related fees.
5. Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support system with valid reasoning and proof of the issue. We may request additional information before making a decision.
6. Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
For eligible services canceled before the end of the billing cycle, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused portion of the service at our discretion.
